Factors Affecting SMEs' Adoption of Business-To-Business (B2B) E-Commerce: An Application for Non-Metallic Mineral Products Industry

Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler, internet kullanımının hızla artmasıyla bilgi tabanlı bir ekonomik düzen oluşmuştur. teknolojisi, büyümenin önemli itici gücü olduğu yeni dönemde, işletmeden işletmeye (B2B) e-ticarete katılmak şirket başarısının etkeni özellikle küçük orta ölçekli işletmelerin hayatta kalması için önkoşul olmaktadır. B2B e-ticaretin benimsenmesinde işletmeler (KOBİ) sorunlar yaşamaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışma kapsamında Türkiye'deki KOBİ'lerin e-ticareti etkili olan kriterlerin neler bu önem dereceleri çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden biri Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHP) yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra benimsemesinin KOBİ'ler önemi etkileri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Böylece benimseme kullanımı sürecinde yapması gereken hususlara ait öneriler sunulmuştur.
